Shipping Overview We ship all orders from our studio in regional Victoria, Australia. We are committed to getting your pieces to you as quickly as possible, while maintaining the care they deserve.
Processing Times

Standard Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to pack and prepare your order for shipment.

Peak Periods: During new collection launches or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 2–4 business days. We appreciate your patience as we are a small team.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times We ship via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Standard Shipping (Australia): $10.00 flat rate or FREE on orders over $150. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Express Shipping (Australia): $15.00 flat rate. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days for metro areas.
International Shipping We love sharing our magic with the world!

Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the Australia Post website.
Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes or events outside of our control.

We are not liable for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the package.
