Final Sale Because every piece at Ayama’s Fairyland is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted wearable art piece, all sales are final. Each garment is created using upcycled textiles and features natural, intentional imperfections that are part of the piece’s unique character and handmade charm. As these items are not mass-produced in a traditional factory, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all measurements and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues I want you to love your wearable art. While I do not accept returns for change of mind, please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is faulty or significantly different from the description provided, please contact me immediately at ayamasfairyland@hotmail.com so I can evaluate the issue and make it right under Australian Consumer Law.

European Union Customers If your order is being shipped to the European Union, please note that statutory cooling-off rights may apply. If you believe your order falls under these specific protections, please contact me at ayamasfairyland@hotmail.com within 14 days of receipt to discuss.
